Wow! I can’t believe that this is the end of my second full week as president of MCCC. While it does seem longer (and actually is); it has been an exciting two weeks. Leave out the County Fair and Jazz Festival and it has still been fun-filled.
This week, I have continued to meet individually with faculty, I have done two radio interviews, met with the SGA, pursued some funding initiatives, and spoken at a local church to tell my story and to recruit more students.
I am eagerly awaiting the return of our students and faculty so we can continue enriching lives. These are exciting times and I am pleased, privileged and honored to be a part of it.
